Next Consul’s trip: MM/DD/2025:
The Consul will travel to Uganda from MM/DD to MM/DD, both included. Visa services will be active, excepting from MM/DD to MM/DD. It’s recomended to apply for the visas the previous month, as well as legalisation of documents.
Countries.
Angola, Benin, Botswana, Cape Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Egypt, Ethiopia, Guinea Conakry, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritania, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, São Tomé e Príncipe, South Africa, South Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia (KAZA Zambia+Zimbabwe+Botswana).
Important:
The visa application done at the Immigration website is a personal procedure and, in case of incidents, the applicant must personally contact Immigration to resolve the problem or through this Consulate (see “Incidents”).
It is not possible to apply for the visa at arrival. There is no possibility to apply and obtain immediately.
Remember: the traveller is the exclusive responsible person for obtaining information and the visa approval on time.
How to apply
- Contact the Consul through visas@consuladouganda.org (from 5 months to 7 days) and explain your trip.
- If you deliver the correct documentation with 4 working days (Mon-Fri) -> +50€ (not included in the Inmmigration visa fee).
- Complete the standard visa form and send all the documentation as required by e-mail.
- The Consul checks the documentation, applies for the visa, follows up and claims on your behalf.
- You receive your visa approval in your email before travelling.
For EAC visas (Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya), professional volunteering or Uganda work permits
